Accounts & Taxation Specialist

ABOUT US:

We MGF EVENTS, a dynamic event management company specializing in Corporate events, Weddings, Birthdays, Product launches, and Brand promotions. We're looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Senior Accounts Executive to join our core team and take ownership of our finance operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including entries, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and expense tracking, etc...
• Oversee GST filings, TDS returns, and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements
• Generate and manage invoices, credit & Debit notes, and receipts
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups and documentation
• Maintain accurate records using Tally or other accounting software
• Support in internal audits, cost control, and process improvement
• Assist management with financial planning, event budgeting, and profitability analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s /Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience (event industry is a plus)
• Strong working knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills with vendors/clients
