Greetings from Yitro Global, We are looking for Invoice Processing - Sr Process Associate - Accounts Receivable

JD :

Title: - Accounts Receivable -

Shift: US EST Zone (6.30 PM to 3.30 AM)

Experience: 3+yrs

Base Location: Chennai - Nungambakkam (Work from office)

Work Schedule – Monday to Friday

* Cash Application & Accounts Receivable Experience is Mandate.

* Excellent Communication Skill

About the role: -

An Accounts receivable (AR) Associate manages and tracks a company's outstanding customer invoices. Key duties include generating and sending invoices, processing customer payments, reconciling accounts, following up on overdue balances, resolving billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities: -

• Process customer payments and apply them to the appropriate accounts

• Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate payment posting

• Resolve any discrepancies or issues with payments in a timely manner

• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues

• Follow up systematically on outstanding payments through reminders, calls or payment plan discussions.

• Maintains records by microfilming invoices, debits, and credits.

• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting processes

Requirement and Skills: -

• A high degree of accuracy

• Great attention to detail

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to calculate and manage accounting figures

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Excellent communication

• Good Excel skills
