Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Invoicing: Creating and distributing accurate invoices to customers for goods or services. Payment Processing: Recording and applying customer payments (e.g., checks, credit cards, electronic transfers). Account Reconciliation: Reconciling customer accounts to ensure payments are properly applied and discrepancies are resolved. Customer Communication: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving payment issues, and following up on overdue invoices. Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing accounts receivable reports for management review. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts, invoices, and payment transactions. Collaboration: Working with other departments (e.g., sales, credit) to address customer needs and resolve issues. Month-End Processes: Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.
