Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage orders from placement to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. Process customer payments, handle billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate records in accounts receivable. Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure smooth logistics operations and resolve any issues that may arise. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, production) to optimize order processing workflows and improve overall efficiency. Provide excellent communication with customers regarding order status updates, shipping schedules, etc. Shift : Rotational shift (24/7) Work location : Chennai Cab : One way cab (depends on shift) Work location : Chennai Work Mode : Work from Office Notice period : Immediate joiners Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in Order Management/Accounts Receivable/Freight Forwarding or related field. Strong understanding of ERP systems and ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with international clients.
