Accounts Receivable Executive

Greetings from Parag Milk Foods, We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive, Location - Nariman Point, Mumbai. Responsibilities:- Generate and send accurate customer invoices on time. Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts. Follow up with clients via phone, email, and other channels to ensure timely payments. Maintain accounts receivable files and records. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Apply incoming payments to the correct invoices and accounts. Prepare aging reports and highlight risk accounts to management. Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams for billing or payment issues. Assist with month-end closing and reporting. Regards, HR Team.
