Accounts Receivable Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare costings and generate invoices accurately and promptly for all services rendered.
• Review and verify supporting documentation such as timesheets, work orders (WOs), and other relevant records prior to invoicing.
• Ensure all billing activities are aligned with client contracts, work orders, agreed pricing, and terms of service.
• Support month-end closing activities, including billing and revenue recognition processes.
• Maintain up-to-date billing, collection, and aging reports.
• Prepare and maintain regular billing reports and summaries for management review.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing billing accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Operation & Sales teams and clients to follow up on work orders, top-ups, and other required documentation and resolve any billing-related discrepancies or queries.
• Ensure that all accounting and invoicing reports, along with supporting documents, comply with GST and other statutory regulations.
• Follow up on pending timesheets, work orders, and related documents to ensure timely invoice generation.
• Process and update invoices accurately and on schedule in Oracle NetSuite/Xero systems.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up with customers for timely payments.
• Handle accrual postings, reversals, and track outstanding accruals.
• Participate in client and management meetings as and when required.
• Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should possess B.Com/M.Com/MBA
• At least 3 years of working experience in Generating invoices and Accounts Receivable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of costing and billing procedures
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ready to join immediately
• Preferable Male candidates.
