Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Caller based in Coimbatore. The Accounts Receivable Caller will be responsible for calling insurance companies to follow up on pending claims, identifying and addressing issues causing claim denials, and ensuring timely payments. The role also includes documenting conversations with insurance representatives, updating account information, and communicating with healthcare providers to resolve billing issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable and knowledge of insurance claims processing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using billing and claims processing software
• Attention to detail and ability to document information accurately
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
