Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller located in Coimbatore. The AR Caller will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring timely and effective collections of unpaid claims. The role includes follow-up with insurance companies, analyzing and solving problems, updating accounts, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the AR Caller will communicate regularly with clients and team members to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with insurance claims and collections
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and medical billing software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of healthcare RCM and prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
