Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive – Payables to manage vendor invoices, purchase entries, and payments. The candidate will handle accounts payable operations and support the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices, bills, and payment requests.
• Prepare purchase and expense entries in accounting software.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain records of all payable transactions and ensure timely payments.
• Assist in monthly closing and expense reporting.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to verify purchase documents.
• Support the finance department in audits and report preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting (logistics industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP / MS Excel.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and vendor reconciliation.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
