Job Title: Accounts Executive

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. Preferably Females

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in accounting, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, cash book, bank book, and journal entries.

Manage accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely payments and collections.

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and reconciliations.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as applicable.

Support in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and analysis.

Coordinate with auditors during audits.

Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (M.Com or relevant certifications like CA-Inter preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.

Proficient in accounting software such as Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Excellent MS Excel and data analysis skills.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management abilities

Good communication skills to coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
