Accounts Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our real estate business in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, real estate taxation, and financial reporting, along with excellent leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, and income tax filings and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting for ongoing projects.
• Maintain accurate project-wise accounting and cost tracking.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Oversee vendor payments, invoice verification, and contract compliance.
• Implement internal controls and financial best practices.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate work.
• Coordinate with the senior management for strategic financial planning and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance/CA Inter).
• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
• Strong command of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and RERA regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
