Job Title Accounts Manager 📋 Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial controls, and day-to-day financial reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient financial processes, regulatory compliance, and informed decision-making. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Financial Operations & Record-Keeping Manage bookkeeping, general ledger transactions, reconciliations, and month-end closings. Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts. Compliance & Tax Management Oversee GST/Income Tax compliance and statutory filings within deadlines; coordinate with auditors. Reporting & Analysis Generate timely financial reports and dashboards for stakeholder review. Analyze budget variances, cash flow trends, and liquidity health. Team Leadership & Collaboration Mentor junior accounting staff, review their work, and foster skills development. Coordinate with operations, sales, procurement, and senior management for unified business insights. Process Improvement & Controls Implement and streamline internal financial controls, audit readiness, and process optimizations. Introduce automation or software enhancements to boost accuracy and efficiency. Budgeting & Forecasting Assist in creating budgets, forecasts, and projections; conduct regular variance analysis for management decisions. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Liaise with vendors, banks, regulators, and other external parties to resolve financial queries or issues.
