Role Summary


Chief Executive Officer-EVSE at Exicom

Account Manager / Business Development Manager

Responsibilities


Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

1.1. Business Development & Sales


  • Identify and develop

    new B2B opportunities

    in the EV industry, including corporate fleets, logistics companies, real estate developers, and government bodies.
  • Build and execute

    strategic sales plans

    to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  • Negotiate and close deals with key stakeholders, ensuring

    long-term partnerships

    .
  • Conduct

    market research

    to analyze trends, competition, and customer needs.


1.2. Account Management


  • Manage and grow

    existing client relationships

    , ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a

    trusted advisor

    to clients, offering solutions that align with their EV adoption goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to enhance customer experience.


1.3 Strategic Growth & Partnerships:

  • Develop partnerships with

    OEMs, charging network providers, fleet operators,

    and government agencies to drive business growth.
  • Stay updated with EV policies, regulations, and industry developments to identify new business avenues.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree

    in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-7years of experience

    in B2B sales, business development, or key account management (preferably in EV, automotive, renewable energy, or telecom sectors).
  • Strong

    networking and relationship management

    skills.
  • Excellent

    negotiation and communication

    abilities.
  • Understanding of

    EV technology, charging infrastructure, and industry regulations

    is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a

    fast-paced, dynamic environment

    and drive results independently.
