Job Description

Overall responsibility of servicing the assigned customer accounts. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Achieve year over year business and profit growth.

Qualification: Engineering graduate

Experience- At least 4 years experience in sales with minimum 2 years in Electronics Industry.Basic Electronic and mechanical Engineering knowledge

Location: Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design- in Molex products in customer s end products both existing and new customers
  • Responsible for growing business profitably from assigned customer base.
  • Grow CRM pipeline consistently to support business growth
  • Help customers in selecting right connectors for their application, provides samples and quote, negotiate and win business for Molex.
  • Dvelop good working relationship with customers and pursue higher business allocation
  • Build account strategy for good prospective accounts
  • For any new product or solutions opportunity, provide PDR requests for new product developments
  • Organise concall with customers and Product Division for resolution of technical queries
  • Organise sales promotion activities as and when required
  • Take support from DSM on need basis for closures of contracts and business negotiation with assigned accounts
  • Design- in and transfer of CRM to manufacturing locations for design accounts
  • Support Molex internal process by following approved policies and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills Both verbal and writing
  • Good inter personal skills that demonstrate ability to build rapport with external and internal contacts
  • Ability to gather competition activities at assigned accounts and advise Sales management
  • Exposure to customer application
