About the Role We are a progressive accounting firm in Mohali, seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join our team and support our client managers and partners in providing high-quality accounting and taxation services to our diverse client base in Australia . This is a hands-on role where initiative, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility will be key. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation of Activity Statements, Tax Returns, and Financial Statements for individuals, partnerships, companies, and trusts as per Australian Taxations. SMSF experience (Australian Clients) is not essential but will be regarded. Provide monthly/quarterly bookkeeping support using Xero software. Attend internal and external training sessions to stay updated with tax and accounting developments. Support team members and contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment. Help with other ad hoc administrative tasks as needed. What You’ll Bring Relevant accounting degree and CA/CPA accreditation (or currently working towards completion or planning to undertake) Minimum 4 years’ experience in Australian practice accounting Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software Xero and MYOB.
