Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Accounts Manager with at least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance. The candidate will manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance through ERP software in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations in ERP software.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.

Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and cost control.

Ensure statutory compliance: GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax.

Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

Collaborate with HR, purchase, and production departments for accurate accounting data.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.

Software Skills: ERP accounting software (Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, or equivalent).

Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian Accounting Standards.
