Job Description

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department (accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, etc.). Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenditures to ensure proper financial control. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.). Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Maintain accuracy and integrity of all financial records. Review and approve payroll, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements. Lead, train, and mentor the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate work output.
