Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary point of contact for accounting, taxation, and compliance matters.
• Oversee and ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns, including GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, annual returns, etc.) and TDS/TCS returns, along with related compliances.
• Handle end-to-end GST and TDS compliance, including reconciliations, notices, assessments, and coordination with tax authorities.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
• Manage client invoicing, billing, and revenue collection processes, ensuring timely follow-ups and collections.
• Identify tax planning and compliance optimization opportunities for clients while ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide proactive advisory support on budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial controls.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business operations and delivering responsive, high-quality service.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, reviewing their work and supporting their professional development.
• Stay updated with changes in GST laws, Income-tax provisions, TDS regulations, and accounting standards, and assess their impact on clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
• CA: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Chartered Accountant (Preferred)
