Accounts Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports/statements. Monitoring cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial stability. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Coordinating and supporting internal/external audits. Implementing and improving financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and provide recommendations. Managing and mentoring a team of accountants/finance staff. Collaborating with other departments to support business operations and strategy. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master's or MBA preferred). - Professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) is an advantage. - 5-8 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
