Essentials: Smartphone, Laptop & Internet Educational Qualifications: Plus two , Bachelors Degree (in any field) or above. Age Criteria: Minimum 20 years and up to 40 years. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing Additional Info: Willingness to make outbound/cold calls - Mandatory Communication Skills / Written skills - Mandatory Digital/Social Media Marketing preferred but is not a must. Job Type: Full-time . Compensation: INR 20,000 TO 25,000+ Per Month plus Commission on sales achieved. Probation Period: 2 months. Working Hours: based on the targeted market office timing : (Since 3G MASDA is an event-oriented organization, Saturdays, Sundays, and other public holidays are key for business events to generate leads and close deals. Weekly holidays and compensatory holidays will be given alternative days. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Fixed shift Work Location: In person
