Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Manager- CA located in Indore. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounts, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Day-to-day tasks include bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes. The role also involves liaising with auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions, as well as implementing and maintaining accounting systems and controls.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and auditing
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and tax laws
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CA qualification is required
• Previous experience in the energy sector is an advantage
