About Us

Spettro Vision Private Limited is a leading digital and media services agency based in West Delhi, working with a diverse client base across social media, web, and digital campaigns. With daily project-related spends and monthly client billing, we require a committed Accounts Executive to bring financial discipline and clarity to our fast-paced operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and manage day-to-day agency expenses including team costs, project spends, travel, production, etc.
• Prepare monthly client invoices using Busy accounting software.
• Track payments received, follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Maintain records of ad spends, freelancer/staff reimbursements, and pass-through client expenses.
• Assist in payroll coordination, TDS/GST entries, and liaising with CA.
• Keep subscription, vendor, and service provider payments updated.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare basic financial summaries.
• Support audit and compliance documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting (agency/service industry preferred)
• Strong command of Busy accounting software (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to track and manage reimbursements per project/client
• Strong attention to detail and daily discipline
