Accounts Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Intern with a background in Commerce or Finance to support our accounting and finance operations for JR Farms. The ideal candidate should have strong academic performance, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

This internship offers hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting activities, billing, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP / Excel.
• Support the team in vendor and customer billing processes.
• Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist in preparing financial summaries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Assist during monthly closing and reporting activities.
• Support in preparing MIS reports and Excel-based financial reports.
• Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / BBA / M.Com preferred).
• Strong academic record with good conceptual knowledge of accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data entry, pivot tables preferred).
• Basic understanding of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems).
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Note-

• Candidate should have a prior experience and Knowledge.
• Non-commerce students are not eligible for this internship.
• Exceptional performers during the internship may be offered a full-time role at JR Farms.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
