Job Description

Financial Oversight:Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledgers, reconciliations, and financial reporting to ensure timely and accurate production of financial statements.
Policy & Compliance:Develop, implement, and enforce accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, GAAP, and tax laws.
Budgeting & Forecasting:Oversee the preparation and monitoring of budgets, financial forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic business goals.
Financial Reporting:Prepare detailed financial reports for management, the board, and other external stakeholders, analyzing financial data to identify opportunities and risks.
Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and train the accounting team, providing guidance, support, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure efficient workflow.
Auditing & Controls:Lead internal audits, manage external auditor relationships, and implement financial controls to ensure the accuracy and security of financial records.
Strategic Financial Advice:Act as a financial advisor to senior management, offering recommendations and insights to optimize the company's financial performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
