Accounts & Finance Manager – required urgently for Construction & Real Estate Company

We are urgently hiring an Accounts & Finance Manager to lead and manage the financial operations of our Construction & Real Estate business. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, strategic planning support, and effective team leadership.

Job Purpose

The Accounts & Finance Manager will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the Accounts Department, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, accurate financial reporting, and timely closing of accounts. The role also includes budgeting, financial forecasting, process improvements, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / BBA).

Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CA Inter) preferred.

10–15 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, with mandatory Real Estate industry experience.

Proficiency in Tally / Quadra and MS Excel.

Knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, RERA compliance, project funding, and bank proposal preparation.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
