Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our accounts department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations, assisting in financial analysis, and ensuring timely compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and manage daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP or accounting software.
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment entries accurately.
• Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and petty cash management.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax filings and compliance documentation.
• Maintain proper records of receivables and payables.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing and reporting.
• Coordinate with the senior finance team for audits and financial reviews.
• Monitor company expenses and help in budget planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting tools.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial compliance areas.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
