Job Title: Accounts & Finance Executive Experience: 2 3 Years Location: Churchgate, Mumbai Job Type: Full-time | On-site Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions. Work extensively on MS Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting. Operate and manage entries in Tally ERP and other Finance ERP systems. Prepare, maintain, and reconcile ledgers, vouchers, and statements. Support monthly/quarterly/annual closing processes. Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for compliance and reporting. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com or equivalent). 23 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance. Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.). Hands-on experience with Finance ERP in a professional environment. Knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and reconciliation. Good communication and organizational skills. Preferred Experience Prior experience in working with educational institutions or government projects (especially State Universities) will be an advantage.
