Profile:- Accountant or Accounts manager

Industry: - Manufacturing and Export (Pvt Ltd)

Working mode:- 6 days (Monday to Saturday)

Exp:- Between 3 to 13 Yrs.

Location:- Andheri East, Mumbai

Interview:- f2f Direct interview

Key role:-

• Knowledgeable with Tally ERP 9 software.

• Knowledge with General Ledger Scrutiny, E-way billing, Invoice Performa, book Keeping, Journal entries, Income Tax, Tds Return, Audit & Gst

• Accounting of Sales and Purchase Invoices

• Accounting of Bank Statement on regular Basis

• Preparation of monthly GST working

Role and Responsibility:-

• Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.

• Should have knowledge of Import & Export documentation

• Manage all accounting transactions ( Stock entry in Tally, bank work ( Neft, Rtgs,  cheque deposit etc) Gst r3b and Gst r)

• Publish financial statements in time

• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

• Conducted Statutory Audit and Internal Audit of Private Limited Companies and Government Companies.

• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

• Should have knowledge filing Gst return and Tds entry

• Manage balance sheets and profit/ loss statements

• Audit financial transactions and documents

• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.

• Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
