Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, invoice processing, reconciliation, and GST filing, along with strong working knowledge of Tally ERP . Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Hyderabad Experience: 2–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records and ledgers. Process vendor and customer invoices and ensure timely payments/receipts. Perform monthly bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations. Record journal entries and ensure timely posting in Tally ERP. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure compliance with tax deadlines. Support in preparation of financial reports, MIS, and other statements. Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation. Manage petty cash and track expense vouchers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in accounts and finance roles. Proficient in Tally ERP , MS Excel, and accounting principles. Experience in GST entries, returns filing, and basic tax compliance. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
