Accounts Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team at Polymechplast Machine Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and finance operations, with hands-on experience in GST filing, TDS compliance, and other essential accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage TDS deductions, payments, and filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q) as per statutory requirements.
• Maintain records of invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with all financial and tax regulations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and supporting the finance team in budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates from a manufacturing industry background will be preferred.
• Experience with audit support and compliance documentation is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
