Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Verify and reconcile stock and cash reports.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Maintain documentation of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare MIS reports and assist management in financial analysis.
Manage petty cash and ensure timely vendor payments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in the automobile industry).
Knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / MS Excel.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
