We have ambitious growth targets, and this role will play a pivotal role in helping achieve these targets. Job Objective: Energetic and diligent individual with extensive knowledge of accounting practices. Effective multitasker with the ability to finish delegated tasks accurately and efficiently. Ready to shoulder responsibilities effectively. Job Location- Mumbai Essential Responsibilities: · Responsible for controlling end to end finance processes in ERP – procurement, invoicing, day-to-day system Data Entry and books closure. · Management of Accounts Receivables – follow up and co-ordination for collection. · Preparing Statutory Payments working for TDS, GST, Profession Tax, etc. · Ensuring monthly necessary reconciliations such as GST Reconciliation, TDS reconciliation, etc. · Assistance in Financial Reporting – MIS, Budgets, Projects. · Preparation of financial statements and schedules Skills: · Work experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, GST, TDS · Sharp knowledge of basic book-keeping procedures and finance processes. · Working knowledge of statutory filings and regulations · Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors. · Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Tally ERP, knowledge of SAP (preferred). · Organization skills · Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information. Mandatory Qualifications and requisites: · Bachelors/Masters in Commerce or higher qualification · Good Inter-personal skills; communication skills · Preference if handled finance for service organisation and ERP knowledge of Oracle, SAP etc. Others: · 2-5 years of corporate experience .
