RPA Developer Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead RPA development efforts including opportunity identification, requirement analysis, and solution architecture. Manage design, development, and deployment of RPA bots using UiPath for multiple client environments. Support end-to-end solution lifecycle: from development and deployment to ongoing maintenance and change management. Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction. Technical Skills Required Hands-on experience with UiPath REFramework Proficient in DataTables, arguments, and variables Experience working with selectors and PDF automation Strong debugging skills, including use of breakpoints and watchpoints Experience in creating and using UiPath Libraries Solid understanding of Orchestrator and deployment workflows Proficient in error and exception handling Exposure to Machine Learning concepts and basic Python programming Understanding of Document Understanding in UiPath Knowledge of best practices for solution design and documentation Desirable Skills Familiarity with AI/ML-based automation enhancements Experience in handling large-scale enterprise automation projects Understanding of business process optimization and transformation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field UiPath Developer Certification (preferred)
