RPA Developer Lead

As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for demonstrating excellence in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or .NET, as well as SQL or NoSQL. Your role will also involve utilizing scripting languages like JavaScript and HTML, along with experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Collaborating with clients and senior developers, you will play a key role in executing RPA initiatives. This includes analyzing and designing process workflows, developing, testing, and implementing RPA solutions, and ensuring the overall quality of the system. Additionally, you will support clients and the Program Manager in constructing Business Cases and identifying opportunities for the wider adoption of RPA solutions within the organization. Your expertise will be crucial in sharing knowledge and experiences to contribute to the development of recommendations and solutions aligned with industry best practices. You will work closely with clients and the Program Manager to maintain project documents and transfer knowledge throughout the engagement. Moreover, you will take the lead in mentoring and motivating project teams, helping them enhance their RPA skills and capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and design abilities, in addition to effective presentation skills enabling communication at an executive level. Your proficiency in RPA Developer tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Abby Flexi capture will be essential in fulfilling the requirements of this role.,
