Role: Finance Payables

As part of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the accounts payable function to ensure smooth operations across vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payment processes all while fueling one of India s fastest-growing FMCG brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice validation, vendor reconciliations, and timely payments.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.) while processing payables.

• Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies in invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records.

• Prepare periodic reports on payables aging, cash flow planning, and vendor outstanding.

• Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and reconciliations.

• Drive process improvements, automation, and controls within the payables function.

• Build strong vendor relationships to ensure credibility and trust in financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor s / Master s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory).

• 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in FMCG / Manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Tally).

• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
