Accounts Executive - Payable

Sky Ocean Logistics is a leading international freight forwarding and logistics company providing complete air, sea, and land transport solutions. We are expanding our finance team and seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive – Purchase & Payables to manage vendor bills, purchase entries, and payment processing with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and verify all purchase bills and supporting documents.
• Match purchase orders, delivery notes, and vendor invoices accurately.
• Process supplier payments and maintain vendor account reconciliations.
• Maintain payable ageing reports and track due payments.
• Support month-end closing and assist in financial reporting.
• Coordinate with purchase and operations teams for invoice or rate clarifications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Maintain organized documentation for audit and internal review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or purchase accounting.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / ERP).
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
