Accounts Executive( Manufacturing)

Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance as per government regulations.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from clients and vendors.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Familiarity with MIS reporting and financial analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
