Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

Looking for male accounts Executive who have experience of minimum 1 year. for our manufacturer and exporter factory located near sriperumbudur

Job timing - 10Am - 6Pm (Mon-Sat)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Management
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments).
• Prepare and update ledgers, trial balance, and basic financial statements.
• Inventory Management
• Monitor inward and outward stock movement.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in accounting software.
• Reconcile stock reports with warehouse data.
• Assist in periodic physical stock verification.
• Petty Cash Maintenance
• Manage petty cash for office and operational expenses.
• Record and reconcile daily petty cash transactions.
• Submit expense reports with proper bills and approvals.
• Salary & Payment Disbursement
• Prepare monthly salary statements and ensure timely disbursement.
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records for payroll processing.
• Handle vendor and supplier payments on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or similar roles (manufacturing/trading background preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and banking operations.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Integrity and confidentiality in financial dealings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
