Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting key accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day financial transactions using Tally ERP.
• Record income and expense entries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable operations efficiently.
• Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Ensure compliance with TDS and GST filing requirements.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
• Support audit processes by preparing necessary documentation.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports using MS Excel.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9.
• Good understanding of TDS, GST, and other statutory regulations.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
