We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle daily accounting operations — from data entry and reconciliations to GST and TDS support. You’ll be part of a small finance team that keeps things running smoothly and ensures full compliance with Indian accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Record daily transactions in Tally / Zoho Books (sales, purchases, payments, receipts).
· Prepare and verify vendor bills, customer invoices, and credit/debit notes.
· Handle bank reconciliation and maintain ledgers for vendors and customers.
· Assist in GST & TDS returns, and maintain supporting records.
· Verify expenses, petty cash, and employee reimbursements.
· Help prepare monthly MIS, P&L statements, and balance sheet schedules.
· Support audit processes by providing schedules and vouchers as required.
Required Skills & Knowledge
· Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliation.
· Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.).
· Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting entries.
· Good communication and follow-up skills.
· Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.
Qualifications
· Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
· Experience: 1–3 years in accounting or finance
· Preferred: Experience with GST filings, reconciliation, and audit support
