Cybele Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of advanced electronic solutions, committed to innovation, quality, and excellent customer service. We are expanding our finance team and seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP system.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice generation, and billing follow-ups.
• Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation and filings.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manage petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding financial transactions.
• Prepare MIS reports as required by management.
• Support the finance team in audits and financial reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or similar role.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and general accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or electronics industry.
• Familiarity with inventory accounting and costing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
