· Vendor Invoice Booking and Payments entry in Tally
· Follow up with the vendors for Reconciliation and Balance confirmation
· Petty cash vouchers checking and booking in Tally
· Petty cash imprest balance confirmation & Reconciliation
· Online payments upload on the bank site for vendor payments and petty cash imprest.
· Daily Bank reconciliation and resolving open items
· Assistance in GST 2B Reconciliation in coordination with the HO team
