Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries and maintain general ledgers.
• Prepare and process vendor invoices, payments, receipts, and journals.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor, and client accounts on a regular basis.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.
• Support in preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.
• Coordinate with auditors/CA and provide necessary documentation for audits.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Will Preferred first:

• Experience in handling vendor/client reconciliations.
• Exposure to international transactions and currency conversions (if applicable).
• Experience in accounting software (Refrens).
