Accounts Executive (EXIM Logistics)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Coordination and managing the entire import/export process, from initial planning to final delivery, for parts as per plan Preparing and managing necessary documentation for import/export shipments, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations. Tracking shipments with update Ensuring proper handling and storage of goods in warehouses and coordinating with warehouse staff. Effectively communicating with internal stakeholders, including suppliers, freight forwarders Ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation and procedures in SAP Managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively Preferred candidate profile Graduate with some Logistics experience - 5+ on-hands experience (Manufacturing company ONLY *). Proficiency in using relevant software, such as ERP systems and customs clearance software. Good communication skill, team spirit, learning capability, sense of responsibility, professional dedication, and be able to resolve problems independently.
