About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Technical Manager with proven experience in hydrocolloid processing and formulation specifically cassia gum, guar gum, agar gum, and related products . Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end production of hydrocolloids from raw material handling to finished product. Develop and optimize processing parameters (hydration, milling, drying, blending, sieving, etc.) for consistent product quality. Ensure adherence to quality standards viscosity, particle size, gel strength, purity, microbial load, and moisture. Establish and maintain testing protocols as per EIC / FSSAI / FCC / EU / USDA norms. Coordinate with QA/QC and R&D teams for new product development and performance benchmarking. Troubleshoot process deviations, machinery issues, and quality variations . Drive process efficiency improvements , cost optimization, and plant productivity. Ensure documentation, traceability, and compliance for domestic and export customers. Desired Candidate Profile: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Food Technology / Chemical Engineering / Biotechnology . 2+ years of experience in hydrocolloid or gum manufacturing (cassia, guar, agar, xanthan, locust bean, etc.) . Strong understanding of machinery, process flow, and quality control for hydrocolloid extraction and purification. Familiar with testing instruments such as viscometers, moisture analyzers, particle size analyzers, and microbiological testing setups.
