We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), and hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and post journal entries, maintain ledgers, and reconcile bank statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and follow-up for payments.
Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
Should have knowledge in GST filing, TDS computation, and coordinate with auditors for statutory compliance.
Process employee reimbursements, salaries, and related tax deductions.
Ensure all invoices and vouchers are properly filed and documented.
Support management with financial data, budget preparation, and analysis.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software.
Good command over MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
