Job Title: Accounts Executive
Job Type: Full – time
Job Location: Mumbai, India
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on taxation, statutory compliance, and coordination with external consultants (CAs).
Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and support monthly closing and reconciliation processes.
· Manage PF and ESIC registrations, contributions, filings and ensure timely payment and reconciliation of PF/ESIC dues.
· Liaise with external Chartered Accountants for audits, filings, and financial reviews.
· Maintain day-to-day accounting records using accounting software.
· File necessary returns and maintain employee compliance records.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or related field (B. Com / M. Com).
· 2–4 years of experience in Indian accounting and tax compliance.
· Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
· Strong understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
· In-depth understanding of Indian tax laws and compliance.
