Job Summary:

Bhagwati Group is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the Real Estate Developer industry. The role involves managing accounts, GST, taxation, billing, receivables, payables, and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.

Handle accounts receivable & payable, vendor payments, and client collections.

Prepare and manage invoices, payment schedules, and receipts.

Manage GST returns filing, TDS, and other taxation compliance.

Ensure timely submission of monthly/quarterly/annual returns.

Support in audit processes, MIS reporting, and finalization of accounts.

Maintain accurate project-wise accounting records for real estate projects.

Coordinate with internal teams, banks, vendors, and auditors.

Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with statutory & company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Developer accounting (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and returns filing.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Good understanding of real estate accounting practices & RERA compliance.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary: As per company norms (negotiable for the right candidate)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
