Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 15,000 – 25,000

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with audits and compliance. This role ensures smooth financial functioning and supports management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely vendor and client payments.
Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements.
Manage petty cash, journal entries, and expense tracking.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Maintain accurate ledgers and financial documentation.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and vouchers.
Reconcile balances and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Assist management in budgeting and cost control activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).
2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in Tally ERP / PRIME /QuickBooks / MS Excel.
Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
