Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Aromaaz. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with BUSY Accounting Software and a solid understanding of day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain daily accounting entries in BUSY software.
Handle sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries accurately.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, bank reconciliation, and petty cash records.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Generate and analyze financial reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for any accounting queries.
Support in finalization of accounts and assist auditors during audits.
Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking.

Requirements:

Proven experience as Accounts Executive (1-3 years), preferably in a trading/manufacturing company.
Proficiency in BUSY Accounting Software (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
